Between 2012-2013 Techmark implemented integrated IT system, thanks to which its business processes have been improved.

The system increased automation of the exchange of trading information and other business processes with the contractors. Changes, which have been introduced have had a positive impact on trade effectiveness. After implementation of the project, Techmark was ready to integrate its systems with the system used by its business partners. Currently, apart from direct integration we can offer extra tools such as customer’s panels, which make it easier to order products and provide on-line access to key information.

For its partners Techmark provides automation of business processes in the following fields:

• automation of order placement,
• automation of order processing,
• remote access to the current stocks allocated to the customer, settlements and clearings, as well as order status,
• other.
